Character Bio

Dimitri Karrov was mentally unstable and "challenged", often bullied by his peers he had a simple job at a garden centre, but his parents decided to try a radical cure and he was sent to an asylum for some intensive shock treatment.
Due to his uniquie phisiology and some bizzarre applications Dimitri was soon able to control the electric currents that rode through not only his body but those around himself as well, in a spectacular escape he fried hi guards and left the asylum and made his way to the safety of paragon city. His fragile mental state and poor social skills very quickly got him in trouble and he ended up being arrested and incarcerated in the Zigg!
