Character Bio

In another dimension, the Earth is united under a single global empire and orbited by seven moons.  The enlightened Empress rules over all intelligent minds in this empire, and noble families wield incredible magical powers.  However, not long ago, catastrophe struck the world.  The planet's sources of magic have seemingly been tapped, and global ruin is all but assured.  Thus, the Empress has sent groups of capable individuals to seek out new worlds and new sources of magic.

Yukiko is a member of a minor noble family and has spent the better part of her life studying Fire in all its forms and functions.  She is a Binder, one who has mastered her element of choice.  She has come to this world in search of magical artifacts and sources of arcane power.  She is accompanied by select members of her family's warriors, each of whom is a highly trained combatant who would die for his Lady, and an aged spirit of fire connected to her family heritage in some mysterious way.
