Katlyn Tatril, Sister of Kathrine Tatril AKA "Artful Kat" turned to the less.... Lawful side of superbeingness after an event called "The Incident" in their hometown in Iowa. a field caught fire while the sisters were sparring. Kathrine claimed responsibilty, but Kaitlyn was blamed. Arround the time Kathrine left for Paragon City, Katlyn headed to the Rouge Isles, taking the name Shock-Ra. Despite being on opposite sides of the law, the sisters still talk with each other at least 3 times a week.
