Character Bio

Jasmin Dubois is one of Paragon City's foremost Elvis Presley impersonators. The Memphis-born blonde bombshell was performing in a Steel Canyon bar when a group of Hellions attacked it with arson on their mind. Unheeding of the fierce flames in the burning building, she went back and forth, pulling people out of the fires that raged. Although she was being burnt, her body was healing itself of the fiery damage almost instantly. She realised she was a mutant of great strength, and from then on dedicated her life to fighting evil and helping people, training hard so she could wield a katana blade with expert precision as well as use her amazing regeneration powers. Jasmin is still available for gigs and will be appearing at this years Tupelo Elvis Festival.
