Baron Venom is rumored to be a deposed tyrant from South America, where he was overthrown by a band of heroes from Paragon City. Swearing his revenge, he gathered what resources he had left, and began to ascend the ladder of power, as a leader of ruthless mercenaries. He is said to be backed by none other then Countess Crey herself, and all his many technological gadgets, do suggest someone with alot of cloud in this area has his back. He has undergone a strange experiment, where his body was stressed by many natural and unnatural poisons, to grant him some unique powers in manipulating these substances. Combined with his strange armor, he is a deadly adversary in himself, not even considering his army of mercenaries.
