Character Bio

In the year 1876, a bounty hunter, Sam Cooke, was chasing a bank robber across the Dakota prairie. Armed with an experimental rifle that a genius gunsmith built for him in Deadwood, he set out to bring criminals to justice. Since some of his law enforcement tactics were questionable, he was nicknamed, the Dakota Kid. Then he encountered the strangest lightning storm he had never seen. This temporal storm was caused by an ancient decaying Rikti powercell which tranported him about 130 years into the future. Seeing that Paragon City was practically as untamed as the wild west, the Dakota Kid dedicated himself to upholding the law in Paragon City.
