Character Bio

Samantha Stevens was the daughter of two Crey Biotech employees. The silver-tongued Countess Crey convinced them to put Samantha into a special programme. The Electro Strike procedure involved massively boosting the body's inherent electrical charges to turn the recipient into a living electrical generator. The procedure worked, but Sam was disgusted about being used as a guinea-pig for Crey and escaped the Crey facility, turning her back on her parents. She now serves Paragon City, using her immense powers for good. Absolutely fearless and with a real ruthless streak, she will be the first hero into any fight.
