Character Bio

Lady Aeris began life as a perfectly ordinary person named Jane Taylor. She went to a perfectly ordinary school, and she got a perfectly ordinary job as a secretary. For Crey Industries. Her perfectly ordinary life took a turn for the strange on the day that a laboratory exploded in the building that she was working in, killing almost half of the workers. Doctors for Crey assured her that she was fine, and would suffer no long-term ill-effects from the blast. It wasn't until some months later that she was mugged on her way home from work, and she sent her would-be assailant to the emergency room with a stopped heart and electrical burns on his chest in the shape of a perfect handprint. She quit her job the very next day; no longer content with her perfectly ordinary life she set out to emulate the comic book heroes that she'd loved reading about as a child.
