* Bill here is a Troll. Not the Dyne kind, but the magical kind. His human form is a Biomagical cloak. Magically inclined types can detect the cloak, and scientific scans will mark him as a mutant or Demi-Human Species (Homo Sapiens Robustus).
* Is just as intelligent as any other human, thank you.
* Keeps his powers in both forms, but tires out a bit more easily while the cloak is up.
* Has Supersonic hearing and thermal vision, so he can -probably- see you if you're cloaked if you can't mask your body heat.
* Is a total nerd. If your hero is remotely famous, he's probably heard of you.))
