He's known as the One-in-a-Million Man or the Blonde Bomber, a former body builder and prize fighter who has served for his country was asked to enter a secret government program to replicate Statesman's curious strength and invincibility. And while the lab did not succeed in finding a way to duplicate the famed hero, what resulted was a fluke genetic emulation that gave rise to a variety of new superhero nonetheless. Now a unique phenomenon, this strapping hero has taken to the streets, anonymity still intact, to crusade for the good of Earth and its inhabitants. Stick with the Captain, anything can happen.
