Character Bio

You see...not all of the people the Council experiments apon are volunteers. As a Mutant, Uchikowasu came to the aid of Paragon City during the Rikti invasion. Having assisted in the repelling of the invasion Uchikowasu decided to take time off. He decided to travel to Striga Isle to explore the island. Little did he know, the Council was looking for 'volunteers'. One morning he awoke in a lab, strapped to a table, with the strangest feeling. Fortunately his captors knew not of his mutant powers. He blasted his way to freedom but discovered he had been changed. Though the powers had not set in, he was horribly disfigured and has sworn revenge against the Council and all those who would harm this great city.
