Charged Serpent is a member of an intelligent aquatic race. A natural property of this species' body chemistry is production of electricity which they can use in various offensive and defensive ways.
He is currently exploring the non-watery surface of this planet on a mission from his queen. His natural abilities have allowed him to hire himself out as a mercenary to various causes while he gathers information.
