Character Bio

((RP)) Cruel even by fey standards, Cuar has no scruples, when it comes to controlling others to do his will.  If they do not obey, he simply kills.  He has made a habit of using his mind-control powers to enslave several demi-fey, chaining them in iron and forcing them to do his bidding.  Though he maintains control over them, for now, his arrogance and confidence in his powers may one day be his undoing.
