((RP))What happens to a god or goddess who has fallen into obscurity, or out of favor with his/her worshippers?  Some fade into oblivion, but for those who don't, there is GodCo [tm] Deital Reassignment Services, Inc., who, for a nominal fee, will provide "Deital Career Counseling" to help displaced deities find new meaning and purpose in life. Their slogan? "Because Eternity is an Awful Long Time to Do Nothing".  

Which explains the presence of a Gaulish goddess of war in modern-day Paragon City. However, there are still some kinks in GodCo's system. This explains why she fights with a katana. This has left the former war goddess very confused (and more than a little disgruntled--after all, she paid good money for her reassignment!).

When she isn't working on writing a very sternly-worded letter to GodCo, expressing her extreme disappointment in their Deital Reassignment services, Catubodua fights crime. Or beats stuff up and wreaks general mayhem.  They're the same, really.
