Character Bio

One of very few of her kind and next in the line of succession in her clan, Lotil 'ozperl escaped the prison in which her younger brother, Tenel 'oftlen, held her, deep in the forests of the Pacific Northwest. His goal was to kill his sister and lead the clan when their mother died but when Lotil escaped, she went directly to her mother, the clans High Thokwal, and told her what Tenel 'oftlen had done. Lotil arranged to leave her home until such time as her mother summoned her home to avoid her brother's machinations. Eventually her travels led her to Paragon City where she does her best to help right wrongs while she awaits the call that will take her home. She wears the chains as a reminder of what will happen should evil be allowed a foothold in her world. ((More to come as her story develops))
