Captured by a band of Thorns and subjected to one of their sacrifice rites, something unexpected happened. Their green flames turned color -- a bright red, and then flowed around into her mouth and nose. Then a blast of flame took out the Thorns in one stroke. Witnessed by other heroes she was brought to MAGI.

Mystic flames now burn within her -- and she can command them to do her bidding. To harm, to heal, to shield. Now introduced to the world of magic, she has become a devoted student. Magic chose her and she will not turn away from that.
