Character Bio

Little Li knew that she had a gift at a young age. Hers was not a gift of great intellect or strength, nor a gift of extraordinary ability. Hers was the gift of a good heart--a light so rare in the darkened times of the present.

She grew learning the ways of her ancestors and her family. Theirs was a teaching of inner peace and soulful tranquility. More than this, however, was the miraculous energy that could be unleashed when a soul was at total harmony.

Li never desired to actually be a hero. Greater was the need for goodness in the world served by the small actions of kindness that tipped the balance of good and evil in more meaningful ways across the universe. Unfortunately, fate did not have such tranquil plans for her.

An incident with the Council has left Li's father conscripted into their ranks. With every passing day, his fate becomes uncertain--has he resisted mind conditioning? Is he still alive? Li is determined to discover the truth about her father.
