Highly trained and highly mysterious, the ninjitsu master assassin known as Judas Kiss has made his way from Paragon City to the Rogue Islands.

It is theorized that Judas Kiss was an elite trainer for the Malta Group, specifically the lethal ladies of the Knives of Artemis. Captured breaking into a Portal Corporation lab, authorities have not yet been able to identify the man under the mask. All that is known is that he is highly effective in a variety of martial arts and the shadowy arts of ninjitsu. Taking advantage of an Arachnos sponsored breakout, he is now a freelance operative in an island chain full of them.
