Character Bio

Arcadia Anthis is the owner and proprieter of Alexandria Books, a small bookstore set in the heart of the Founders Fall Shopping District, specializing in rare Greek, Roman, and Egyptian manuscripts. In her quest for the rare and literary, Arcadia's made more than a few friends and contacts within Paragon's magic community, where she's affectionately been dubbed "Hyperetae", after the library assistants of the Great Library. It's more apt than anyone realizes. 

When the Great Library was burned in CE 391, the scholars were able to preserve a few of the most valuable tomes. These books formed the seed for its secret reestablishment as the greatest repository of human knowledge. Arcadia is but one of many hyperetaes working to gather and safeguard these books for future generations. 

On Wednesday nights, she's also the second chair cellist for the Founders Fall Community Orchestra.
