It's been a few years since the incident in Moth Graveyard. A cave-in left me buried alive, but fortunately for me, we found Duskbane. It helped me escape, then spent a year trying to possess me.  I'm not going to go into details because they're a bit complicated, but it failed.

Duskbane was enchanted in ages past to strike down those with extraordinary power. That means you, heroes. It means you, too, villains. It also boosts my psychic abilities, along with some other handy tricks.

It's an interesting life. Arachnos is still a bit irked with me for leaving. Half of them want me dead, the other half want me tortured. The PPD and InterPol want me for some of my old 'work'. But hey, at least my sword isn't trying to usurp my soul anymore.
