Another of the Bludgeon series of mutant criminals. However, this one came out of the vat a little messed up. As illustrated in the notes from his last physchiatrist; the one whose lower intensines he wears as his belt.

"Speak in soft, comforting tones.....and please don't make any sudden moves. The subject is known to be excessively unstable and prone to violent outbursts. His predispositon for sharp instruments, along with his uncanny skill with them, make him all the more dangerous. It certainly is a good thing he doesn't have access to anything like that in the mental ward"

This was the the FINAL ENTRY: Taken just before Bludgeon dismembered the good doctor using a plastic spoon and a piece of chewing gum.
