Character Bio

Esther Halloran was a scientist working on the energy extraction project in Cap au Diable. She originated most of the ideas for the process, but Dr. Aeon did not want to share credit. He arranged for an "accident" to occur under the mountain, but Esther had realized her life was in danger and was prepared: she had developed an energy-absorbing shield that was portable enough to conceal on her person, and the attempt failed. But Esther had to flee Aeon and make her own way in the world.
