Character Bio

Rhonda Ransom worked split shift at a truck factory that was making tanks for the war effort (that's the Second World War, the Last Good War). One night she noticed a shady character lurking in an alley down the street from the factory. As one of her fellow workers passed by, the guy in the alley nabbed him. Rhonda dropped her toolbox and grabbed a pipewrench. She barreled into the alley and beaned the shady character. He folded like a wet dishrag. While Rhonda was busy helping the victim, the shady guy crawled around the corner. When she heard him say, "Ubelmann here -- recall now!" she went after him. There was a big flash and she appeared in a crazy place with big spinning rings and lots of guys in fascist uniforms. She beaned every noggin in the joint and skedaddled. Rhonda found herself still in Paragon City, but 60 years later! With no hope of getting home, she reconciled herself to stopping these fascist kooks in this time.
