Character Bio

Fredrick Allen was a huge fan of the Prey family.  He hoped one day to join the underappreciated group of heroes. But he was a regular man. He had no powers to speak of. Then one had he suddenly changed. An ice shield appeared on his arm. He looked around to see if this was caused by one of the many heroes in Paragon city. When he realized he was doing this he went to the Prey Family for help. Maybe one of them could help figure out what was happening to him. They discovered that he could create an ice shield and protect those around him; he also could use the ice to attack his enemies. He would become Frosty Prey.
