Character Bio

Kathrine Arturya gain her powers from a ritual performed by her father on her twenty-first birthday, passing on his abilities and allowing her to take up his mantle. She fought crime in her home state of Iowa, along with her sister, Katelyn, for a time, until an training accident in a cornfield. Only the two know what really happened, but while Kathrine claimed it was her fault, her sister was blamed. The sisters left Iowa and parted. Kathrine headed to Rhode Island, while Katelyn took the name Shock-Ra and went to the Rogue Isles. the two sisters remain close, communicating at least twice a week. Kathrine's desire to clear her sister's good name is well known, as is her desire that her sister return to crimefighting.
