Character Bio

Always ambitious and hungry for knowledge, Arianna Cole had worked her way up to lead theoretical astronomer at a prestigious research facility. Desparate to make a deadline, she was working on a new technology for use in searching for intelligent aliens -- possibly allies against the Rikti. In her exhaustion, she made a critical mistake, and the machine begain to leak deadly beta radiation. She would have perished that night if her project had not been partially successful -- an alien intelligence found her and merged with her failing body just in time. Now her alien half is just as eager to explore and protect Earth as she was to explore space.
