PreludeA grand time for an experiment!  I've got some mummified mu parts,a few assorted mechanical bits, and a big old generator waiting tozap something to unlife.  Now, what to use for a motivator?Ahhh, right - my colleague surely won't notice if one of his Genin's braingoes missing - not like it is getting used.Bzzzt....Squelch...Whommm...And now, I push *the button***Kerzapp**Act 1, Scene 1I open my eyes.  No, I don't - they're already ... open?My master's voice no longer resonates inside me.Some yammering madman's voice buzzes in my ear.I brush him aside, noting with some curiosity the sparkwhich sends him falling to the floor, goggles skitteringinto the corner.  Ignoring his yelp, I glide out of thelab, and fade from view.
