Character Bio

Dusty was an aspiring country songstress who discovered her mutant powers during a particularly passionate performance at a county fair, when her song caused the animals on display to go berserk, the audience to clutch their ears in pain, and ultimately shattered the microphone. Since then, every time she sings it's at lethal intensity, no matter how she tries to moderate the volume.

But her momma didn't raise her to be a quitter. She wanted to have a career using her voice, so she designed an all-American costume and headed to Paragon City, where she could sing the crooks into jail.
