Character Bio

Phillip Lakes was just your typical 25 year old. Well only typical if your lifestyle was that of hard core gutter punks who would spend all their money on booze and would fight friends over the last Cheeto. This is how Phillip lived until he got hammered and decided it would be a good idea to try to drive. He ended up in a ditch in Crey's Folley and was washed all the way back to Atlas Park where he now has one hell of a hangover and even more desire to beat up on people and to let them beat up on him. Some people never learn.
