Character Bio

Graduating from PCU shortly after the end of the Rikti invasion, Rebecca Archer was employed by the Vanguard to assist in examining and understanding captured Rikti technology. Having specialized in cryotechnology during those years, she found methods to control liquid nitrogen both as a defensive method in term of shields - but also utilizing the radioactive isotope as an offensive weapon. After registering as a heroine, Rebecca's powers have been growing rapidly. The streets of Paragon City have proven themselves a perfect place to test and tune her technology. Once Rebecca has enough confidence in her newly gained powers, it's time to take the good fight to the Rikti.
