Character Bio

After his laboratory was destroyed, Dr Richard Forest was until recently assumed to be another casualty in the violent Paragon City. Reappearing with an extraordinarily trained body and having put some of his previous research into practice Dr Forest now calls himself Evilmeister, Watcher of Evil.

In the accident where he was presumed dead, all of his co-workers perished and his research on superhuman powers was never found by the SERAPH agents who searched the remains of the laboratory. Evilmeister has since realized that Crey was involved in the events preceding his hero career since some of their technology seems to be based on his work. Having taken part in bringing Countess Crey to justice only see her army of lawyers postpone the trial while she is out on bail, his focused has moved back to science.

Having spent a lot of time at the Founder's Falls university, research has now taken him far beyond what he could previously achieve or even imagine.
