Suitably named 'Panther's Claw', Hyouno Tsume is an elite and agile assassin. Extremely expensive to hire, but you get what you pay for.
Nothing is truely known about her past or personal life, but she's currently said to be affiliated with Celtech. It's stiring some controversey though, as Celtech isn't known for its great pay-rolls, thus it's believed there may be some non-money related under the table deals occuring. From the looks of things, Celtech is supplying some new combat gear, but it probably goes deeper than that.
