Character Bio

The Tsoo Sorcerer Wan-Tu stole an artifact which imprisioned a dreaded beast. After many years of study he unleashed the creature through science, not magic and exprected to gain great powers. Instead from the crumbled, broken pieces rose a confused girl... The Tsoo, seeing this being a failure executed Wan-Tu and sought to make the girl into a weapon. She rebelled and now fights crime on Paragon City's streets.
