Rusty has no real powers, but he is the best sidekick you will ever have. He's punctual, faithful and tends not to get in the way....unless of course he gets captured by your arch enemy and used to lure you to the ultra-secret base that almost kills you as you save him....otherwise... he's useful for most things and makes a great mascot for any team.
