Character Bio

Fred's older brother Frostfire started the Outcasts and used his powers for criminal activities. Fred had powers, but different aspirations so he started a hair salon instead. At one point Fred had to acknowledge who he trully was and eventually became the Rainbow Raider. As Rainbow Raider he uses his secret identity and powers to keep various thugs from harming his customers. As Fred the Hair Stylist he interrogates his customers for contacts on leads to crimnal activity in the big city.
