Heather DiFiancci always loved and looked up to her big sister Violet, even though she chafed a little being in quiet Vi's shadow, but Heather would rather party than study hard enough for medical school. When Vi not only got her M.D. but turned out to be a super hero all in the same year, the relationship was strained.. until Vi, with the help of her secretive supergroup, produced a set of armor and gadgets that leaked radiation in a controlled enough manner to be useful.
