Character Bio

It has been several years since his conflict against his alternate universe dopplegangers left Lord Reilly broken and powerless.   Now he has returned to Paragon City victorious, having discovered the means to give himself a new set of powers and abilities.

As his mastery of his new powers grows he will once again seek to gain access to the portal technology and scientific minds required to return him to his long lost forces and bring Paragon City under his control.
