Character Bio

Dr. Lakshmi Patel was always fascinated with sharks, rays, and eels.   Their amazing powers, speed, and durability rivaled even those of Paragon City's heroes.  Running low on funding, she decided in a desperate gamble to inject herself with her prototype serum.  Unfortunately, she miscalculated.  The resulting tranformation horribly warped both her mind and body.  No longer truly Dr. Patel, she took to the seas of the Rogue Isles, seeking to build up the resources to complete her change and bring it to the rest of humanity.
