Character Bio

Once a doctor and Psychological Warfare specialist, serving with the Marines. Then, in a tragic accident, resulting from a terrorist attack, he was exposed to an experimental radioactive substance, which burned a large portion of his face and body. He was honorably discharged to a private hospital, but eventually escaped his confinement there.
The traumatic experience did have a bonus, of sorts, as the accident drew strange powers from the depths of Lee's psyche. Now, his devastated face hidden behind a prosthetic mask, Major Mental serves his home town of Paragon City, with the shadowy paramilitary Black Ops team.
