Character Bio

Born in a rough neighbourhood, from a very early age, Frank had always had bad influences around him. Nonetheless, he managed to keep his record mostly clean. This wasn't for the reason everybody thought it was. He was waiting. Waiting for something big. A device of sorts to pull the ultimate crime. After graduating from Harvard, he had his chance. He started building the ultimate weapon, only for his little 'project' to get shut down by the police. Now that he's escaped from prison, he's ready to find his invention and go at it again...
