Siyamak Vandee:

Also known as Capt'n Mak.
Siyamak Vandee a steampunk Captain of the airship Icarus. Came to be in the fair land of Paragon after a run in with a rikti ship over Talos. Siyamak was knocked out after a blow to bow of Icarus. Drifting in and out of consciouness, an vision blur he came to see the silhouette of two men carrying ol'mak to a med bay.  The Two men Mak came to be told that were Council of a supergroup named Cell. Quantum Surge and Atrum  came to Mak telling him they had found him in Talos bay drifting on a piece of board.  So now Mak grouping with Cell in hopes to help with the improvement of Paragon city and finding his beloved ship Icarus.
