Geral Rokuruta is a grand master in the warrior/priests sect known as 'The Order'. Members of 'The Order' manipulate the power of the 'Presence' to their will.

This domination of the 'Presence' allows members to exhibit enhanced natural physical and mental abilities. Including strength, accuracy or to slow a fall from an otherwise dangerous height. Members have demonstrated a number of other powers including telekinesis, levitation, and vengeance. Members of ?The Order? are also able to influence and control the minds of others by making use of domination. Theses masters can sometimes use the 'Presence' to create harmful energy to attack others such as the ability called Mu Lightning.
