Character Bio

Born in a blackout during an ice storm, Sloche comes from a country of coldness and humidity. For his 16th birthday, he was skiing at the Mt Orford. He lost control and fell down a cliff with multiple broken bones and no one to help him. Death was calling for his life. Suddently, the temperature fell at -22 F or -30 C for two weeks causing Sloche to survive in a coma until his rescue. He survived, but at what cost. While in coma, his DNA got modified with a touch of frost giving Sloche powers of winter. By now, he moved to Paragon City to freeze down villains and free citizen with a taste of winter.
