Character Bio

Chelsea Milton was your run of the mill college girl by day, exotic dancer by night.  One late night she caught a peek of how her boss, Falco Marcone handled a 2-bit drug dealer working the club (and not giving him his cut) and, scared to death, she ran and told the cops.  The detective on duty, unbeknownst to her, was on the take from the Family and sold her out to Marcone.  A Family enforcer taught her what happens when you don't keep your mouth shut...he opened it perminantly.  He then beat her with a baseball bat and left her for dead on the front steps of the club (as a warning to others).  She was rescued from the brink of death by Doktor Schock of the Shock Troopers who "saved" her to use her as a canvas for one of her sick creations.  2 bladed cybernetic arms,  an overloaded power pack, and extensive shock therapy later, she quickly rose in the ranks of the Shock Troopers to become one of its fiercest members.
