Colin MacAffrey was born different. He knew he was, however he never understood why. That is, until he sent the school bully flying back with telekinetic powers for picking on him. It shocked him, it shocked the bully (Who quickly ran screaming to the teacher) and got him suspended from school. It took years for him to get his psionic and psychic powers under control.

With the aid of a martial artist that took him in and helped him learn to defend himself and control his powers, he discovered Zen archery as a good focus for his concentration and powers. Now, years later, he has decided to take his talents to the streets, aiding the weak and helpless with his abilities, using his powers to help as he was taught by his teacher.((RP notes: The speed (swift) travel simulates a 2006 Victory Kingpin in purple, white and black.
