Character Bio

When Victor Storme (PhD Meterology) was a young child he would spend countless hours studying weather patterns and the effects they have on his friends and family. He enjoyed tagging along with storm chasers and soaking up knowledge from them. He worked hard through school and finally became the head of the chasers at his university. Then while chasing the strongest F5 storm ever recorded he was struck by multiple bolts of lightning. His students estimated that he was struck at least 25 times and could not be alive. When they reached his body not only did they find him alive but he had what appeared to be bolts of lightning coming from his hands. At the hospital the doctors considered him lucky, not even a scratch from the fall. After a few weeks of recovery at home Victor found that he had the uncanny ability to control weather. Now he had the best of both worlds, he could predict the weather AND make it come true. But he knew these powers were given to him for a better purpose . . . . . . . .
