Leo was born with his abilities. His parents tried to convince Leo to use his powers for the good of mankind. Leo did not care he just wanted to be normal. as he grew up he ignored his abilities. He became interested in girls and motorbikes and left the hero work to everyone else.As much as Leo hates Paragon City, he is here to find his sister. She was the true hero in the family. She left for Paragon City to make her dreams come true. But Leo has not heard from her in months. The search starts in Paragon City.
