Character Bio

Ancient beyond historical records, the God of Death, Kelemvor has long judged the souls of the dead who arrive before his throne in the afterlife.  Keeping the balance has always been his duty by selecting the fate of those who in life did not worship any god, or who falsely declared themselves a holy follower.  Approximately six years ago he noticed an extreme imbalance of numbers of souls he was forced to judge and sent his Seraph to investigate.  The messenger returned with dire news.  The Rikti had just arrived and had tipped the balance.  Eager to return the balance to it's rightful place, Kelemvor sent his Avatar to Earth in order to restore it.
