Character Bio

Dr. Joseph Monroe was already in his late 80's when the Rikti attacked Paragon City. His body to worn with time to fight them he still had his mind, the mind of a brilliant nanite engineer.

Thus he created the Model B-CG Melee Assault Nanodrod. The nanites generate energy blasts for the Model B-CG damage. Being a nanodrod the Model B-CG is highly resistant to Rikti Psionic attacks and moves at such speeds that it can move around Rikti undetected. Joseph's great grandson David, age 4, upon seeing the name B-CG on the Nanodrod said the name as a word, Besiege. Joseph inspired by the translation programmed the prime function of the B-CG to besiege the Rikti ship at the crash site and contain the Rikti threat.
