It's no secret that the Freakshow love cybernetic enhancement. What is a secret is that sometimes, Crey scientists use them as a test bed for experimental procedures. Snap Crackle PUNCH is the result of one of many experiments to recreate the process that created Synapse, combined with some of the Freaks' best defensive gear, giving him superior survivability and the ability to emit stunning jolts of electricity.

Snap has been tasked by Clamor with infiltrating the Rogue Isles' gang of Freakshow and keeping them in line, lest the anarchist organization's top lieutenants feel the need to come down and clean house.
